Hello math friends,
I am happy to be teaching mathematics again at Stadium High School. I am continuing to share my helpful interactive math links to the wonderful community at large. These interactive math activities are proving to be an exciting and engaging way to reach students in the classroom.
I would be thankful for any additional link suggestions by kind visitors of this site. I may be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Hello again my friends. I can breathe again after submitting my Take One entry for National Boards. I have made a few additions to my classroom web site to help educators and learners be successful: http://classrooms.tacoma.k12.wa.us/gray/eschlytter/index.php
I am now emphasizing these interactive math activities as Smart Board activities for learning. I also added two helpful algebra links:
1. Balance Scales – 1 and 2 step
2. Slope – Line Plotter

Good morning math friends,
It has been so rewarding to share my favorite math sites with the rest of the
world. In this spirit of giving back to the good people of this world, my
classroom web site is now located at:
I will be busy pursuing National Boards this year, and may not be able to keep
my resources up to date. Maybe these activities will inspire someone to build
an even better collection than what I have found. I wish you all a fantastic school year.

This year I have a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives at Gray Middle School in Tacoma, Washington. I am excited about the enriching opportunities for collaboration, sharing, and learning in this educational environment.
During my many years experience of teaching high school math I have witnessed that teaching with interactive math activities encourages and engages students in learning math. The students get excited about participating in math lessons when these interactive math activities are used on the Smart Board. It is very rewarding to see students excited about and engaged in math lessons as they actively manipulate these interactive math activities on the Smart Board.
When the students or parents want more math practice beyond the classroom, they may go to any computer and run these interactive math activities at their own convenience.
As we kick off this new school year, we will have an enthusiastic outlook for a successful and rewarding year for our students and each other.
